I am a 5 year + cancer survivor of Hodgkins Lymphoma. In my journey, I lost my own father to cancer, as well as almost losing my life twice due to complications. My journey covers the diagnosis to the day I was told I was cancer free.

As a survivor of abuse from my parent, I had to come to terms with my own pain and be the champion of my own healing. When I healed myself, I was then able to reach out and heal the relationship with my parent.
Most of us are not raised to have healthy boundaries. We are raised to believe and act as our parents have or in spite of them. In this talk, we explore how unhealthy boundaries led to pain, how those pains were healed and healthy boundaries allowed that healing to be permanent.
The term Church Hurt has been thrown around a lot lately. How do you know if you are Church Hurt? Many times when we are Church Hurt we are offended, but God is not. This explores a couple of stories of being Church Hurt and finding out how to identify when it is offensive to God, or just us.
Cost of workshops depends on number of participants due to material costs.
In this two hour workshop, participants will learn the balance or unbalance in their lives regarding the individuals they allow into their lives. Examples of healthy and unhealthy relationships will be explored. Once the level of balance is identified, participants will be able to design how they want their balance of relationships to look like. At the end of the workshop, participants will take home worksheets that will help guide them in designing boundaries with their relationships.
This hour and a half workshop focuses on the expectations we carry with us into relationships, how to weed out less important topics to focus on the important topics and how to better understand why we react the way we do in tense situations and how to back track and fix it.
An hour workshop with exercises to help youth understand how to communicate effectively to adults.
An hour workshop with discussion questions to better understand what respect is and isn't. Self-respect, respect for others and how to deal with someone disrespecting you is also covered.
Depending on how detailed this can be an hour or hour and half workshop on setting goals, how to follow through and organizing them.
